Whew!  Who knew November would fly by so quick?  The month may be nearly over, but that just means that we are just days away from the December BotM post!

This month brings us none other than Mrs. Ryan Reynolds….er, umm….Scarlett Johansson.  Ryan Reynolds was the Beefcake of the Month for May, a month that featured no babe.  To make up for this oversight on my part, ScarJo is being made the honorary May BotM in addition to her duties as November BotM, so that husband and wife can be together.

This month’s babe has me thinking that I should have watched more House, where our BotM plays (played?) Remy “Thirteen” Hadley, one of House’s assistants.  From what my pal Wikipedia tells me, she plays a self-destructive doctor who likes to have one night stands with women.  Not bad in itself, but then I saw that she previously played a switch hitter on another Fox show, The OC.

I thought maybe I was on to something, but then saw that she has been married to an Italian flamenco player for about 6 years.  Oh well.

Oh yeah, and Wilde?  That’s totally a stage name.  This gal’s real last name is Cockburn.  Enjoy the pics. (more…)

To celebrate the upcoming second season of Dollhouse, this month’s babe is the show’s star, Eliza Dushku.  If you’re not a watcher of Dollhouse, maybe you’ve seen her as one of the cat burglars in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, or from her turn as The Governator’s daughter in True Lies.  Or perhaps you remember her from her previous turn in a Joss Whedon show, when she was on Buffy/Angel.

Hell, maybe you have no idea who she is…but does it really matter?  She’s in Dollhouse, she’s the BotM, and that’s all that really matters.   Oh, and if these pictures don’t give you reason enough to watch Dollhouse, the upcoming season will also feature Dichen Lachman, Summer Glau, and Felicia Day.  I threw in three photos of them at the end as an extra treat.

I’m not sure why it took 8 months for Kristen Bell to be the Babe of the Month, but this has now been corrected.

While she is probably known best for her role as Veronica Mars, some of her more recent roles have been playing Elle Bishop on Heroes, the narrator on Gossip Girls, and the title role in Forgetting Sarah Marshall.  She also loaned her voice and likeness to the videogame Assassins Creed, playing the character Lucy.

As for upcoming roles, she will be seen in the Vince Vaugh/Jon Favreau movie Couples Retreat, where she will play the wife of Jason Bateman’s character.  It should be out in October, but until then, here’s some pictures to make sure you don’t forget what she looks like. (more…)

In keeping with the Entourage theme, I chose to highlight Emmanuelle Chriqui (shriek-y).  Umm, I’m not really sure that she has done much of note other than Entourage…IMDB lists a lot of things, but nothing I’d ever really heard of.  In any case, she is hot, and that is about 75% of what is needed to be the BotM. I have failed in my BotM duties, and for that I apologize.  However, I cannot stand by and let two of these “beefcakes” occupy the top two posts here.  While it is too late to go back and add a BotM for May, I can certainly inject some hotness into the front page with one of the stars of Transformers movies, Megan Fox.   Other than Transformers, umm she has done some other stuff probably, I don’t really know.  What else can i write here…..um, she’s dating Brian Austin Green, of Beverly Hills 90210 fame (who is ~13 years her senior).   You know what, you really don’t care, you just want pictures, I know.  So, here ya go, an extra large gallery of pictures, since I left you hanging last month. So this month I have one of the stars of “The O.C.” and the film “The Last Kiss”, Rachel Bilson. OK, besides that, she hasn’t done a whole lot else. She was in the movie Jumper, but come on, who actually saw that? Good for her that she did though, because that’s where she met soon-to-be hubby Hayden Christiansen (who you might remember as EmokinAnakin Skywalker).

What amuses me most about this month’s babe is a poorly sourced piece on her Wikipedia page, where she said she turned down offers to pose semi-nude for men’s magazines, because ‘her body is sacred’ and is ‘not for the whole world to see’. Apparently talk is cheap, because unless these pictures are some of the best photoshop jobs ever, she was willing to show a bit of flesh for a few extra bucks! (more…)

The BotM is Minka Kelly, who you may know from Friday Night Lights.  Other than that, there isn’t much of note that she has been in, nor could I dig up much info on her, other than being the kid of short-term Aerosmith guitarist Rick Dufay.  But she is pretty hot, and most of the pictures were more tasteful than in month’s past, so it seemed like a good choice. So, without any more delay, enjoy some pictures.

Picking up where the January post left off, this month brings us American born, Canadian raised Grace Park.  Ms. Park is best known for playing Lt. Sharon ‘Boomer’ Valerii in the reimagined Battlestar Galactica TV series, though she has had a handful of other roles, including a part in the videogame Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.  (more…)
