I don’t do anything when I am home.  I watch TV and, at my most productive, go to great lengths to pirate stuff.  I’m not really getting a lot “done” and I really would like to.

Over my vacation I managed to get a program I’d started months ago to a point where it will solve Easy and Medium difficulty 9×9 sudoku problems.  Why did I do this over my vacation?  Because I could.  After a long day programming at work I rarely ever have the energy required to keep writing code when I get home.  It’s easier to just let my brain relax.  The problem is that I feel much better when I do stuff and have created something I can be proud of.

Work sucks the life out of me, but with a little encouragement and some form of accountability I believe we can all get something done with our time that would otherwise go to waste.
So I’ll make a pact with anyone who wants to that we’ll be productive.  We can watch each others’ backs and if slip-ups occur we give friendly advice and warnings.  If slip-ups continue then penalties will be created and enforced, Tenacious D style.

Want to write 1000 words a day?  Want to draw a picture a day?  Want to construct a scale replica of the Great Wall of China out of ketchup packets?  If you’re interested in teaming up for the greater good of mankind then “holla” at me.

Now, go ahead and look back through the archives, and you will see there are not 27 previous posts available. Why is that you may ask? Well, it is becuase posts like “Ghetto Fairy Tale” and “Post #26″ are currently in draft status, as yet unfinished by their authors. It is also becuase people like Matt decide that they really don’t wan’t something published after the fact, and either delete or make the post private.

Abusing my powers of co-adminship over this blog, i can share with you that posts #1 and 2 have fallen off into the abyss, likely test posts from when this blog was launched. However, posts #14, 15, 17, 19, 20, and 23 and 26 are also missing. One can only assume that missing post #26 is the draft that shares the same name, and perhaps 23 is matt’s unfinished Ghetto Fairy Tale (which i must say, is well deserving of its draft status). So what of these other missing posts? One is likely that rant about white anglo saxons that matt decided to make private, leaving 4 posts unnaccounted for.

What is the difference of where these posts are, you may ask. I don’t know, but there hadn’t been anything new posted here in well over a week, so I figured I would find something to throw up, regardless of how dumb it was.

As a side note, the party dream is playing at skullys saturday. If you are in columbus, there is not really any reason why you shouldn’t be there.
