		<description>I&#039;m with you on this. I am fed up with their service, their size chart was WAY off. I&#039;m an experienced sewer and measured precisely!  I could get nowhere on emailing them.  Mailed the small shirt back asking for a larger one, and got no refund, no reply, NOTHING!!  

Filing a complaint with the BBB sounds good, i&#039;ll go look for their web site now!  Thanks.</description>
