This one-of-a-kind diamond heart pendant is truly a masterful work of art. These unmined diamonds were discovered between 100-200 years ago on the banks of a riverbed and have been recycled into this unique pendant. The designer, Sylva Yepremian then hand places each diamond individually and then the plate is made to compliment the design. Each pendant is unique and no two are ever alike.
