In May of 2022, Rene Barnes launched her eponymous fine jewelry line, unveiling a distinctive approach to crafting one-of-a-kind jewelry. The meticulous process begins with Rene sculpting wax by hand followed by the ancient technique of “lost wax casting.”
Born and raised in the South, Rene now lives in Charleston, SC where she conceptualizes and hand-designs the components for her jewelry which is cast in New York City. Rene’s personality and her jewelry both reflect Southern charm and timeless elegance.
